Masha Nails Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with all original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Custom products (such as custom-sized or personalized press-on nails) are not eligible for this return policy. If you have any issues, please contact us and we will provide a solution.
To start a return, please contact us at **xmhsdtechcoltd@foxmail.com** with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with the return address.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or personalized products (e.g., custom-sized press-on nails)
- Perishable goods, personal care goods, and beauty products that have been opened or used
- Sale items and gift cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on these items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in original condition, unworn, with packaging and proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
